1 OK, let us talk about this 'live on the beach' thing. ;-) You want to do this when its not hurricane season. And you want to live on the beach...oh... let's say... just a few months. OH! And you want to RENT. Do not own a beach house. Pain...in...the...neck. Heh heh heh. Just sayin'!
