Yawn......no one rememebers (or cares about) who wins the President's Trophy. Lord Stanely's is the one that matters.

And the #1 Ranking in ESPN is a CURSE! Shit we got it one year and then proceeded to lose 536 games to injury.
I do recall when the 'canes were the the Whalers.

Go Canes! CalTechGirl, I'm always pleased to see you cheering on the Hurricanes. If only they had this year while you were still living in NC! (And yes I know they made it to the Stanley Cup while you were here).

I was in Toronto when the Canes knocked them out to get to the finals. Oh man were they pissed about getting beat by a team from backwoods-redneck land.
