2 Well, yes, it is nice when "good" things happen, unfortunately, I disagree with this being a "good thing" because of his record of writings on executive power and promoting the expansion thereof. I believe in the checks and balances system put in place by the founders. It is too bad that so many partisans cannot see past the present holder of the office of President to the long-term effects of the changes being made today to remove the checks on executive power. What will be said by the current cheerleaders when a member of a different party is President and exercises these same expanded powers, I wonder... Never forget the law of unintended consequences.
