Wow. Miami. Who knew? Maybe South Beach wasn't included in the survey. Durham, though, I totally buy. Hell, they call it the "City of Medicine" and it's amazingly hard to buy alcohol in that damn state anyway. You almost CAN'T get drunk if you try.
