Cheap Oil
Oil prices slipped to below $50 per barrel briefly today.
So why am I still paying the same $2.599 for gas as I was when it was $65/barrel?

Don't you love it....the whole world spends less on gas than those of us in CA does. I live in the Bay Area and can see the refineries across the Bay but I'm still spending $2.66 gallon! I should probably buy some of their stock and stop bitching!
