Who do YOU think R.A.B. is?

My guess below the fold... Regulus Black, Sirius' younger brother who WAS a Death Eater before discovering that Voldemort wasn't all he seemed, and fleeing.... Voldemort caught him shortly thereafter.

There was a lot of discussion of Regulus (2 or 3 times) when it wasn't necessary.... I think she was setting us up....
